Introduction Text I know I am a daughter of God and temple of the holy spirit which is in me. I want my intention, to treat myself as such, to be a reality. This is the day wherein Jesus is making up His jewels. This is also the day the Lord hath made and I will rejoice and be glad in it. "A diamond is merely a lump of coal that did well under pressure."~ Unknown I think He is making a diamond of me. Some days the pressure is unbelievable. I let it get to me in the past and the way I dealt with the mental stress and pain was to eat sweets. I now practice abstaining from sweets and junk food and walk at least 5 days a week for 20 minutes, increasing not only my exercising but my desire to keep my eye on Jesus who is the author and finisher of my faith.. You've heard the old adage, "When you see it you will believe it". That is true. But in order to have the blessings of health I must first believe I have it. So the other side of the coin is "When I believe it I will see it". "Act as if and it will be". My intention is to be free of sugar and junk food addictions. But I know that this is only the tip of the iceberg. Underneath are all the negative thoughts that increase the stress level so that I turn to the junk food for solace in the first place. My main goal is to overcome all negativity through the merits of Jesus Christ and that is really what will set me free to be me.

SEVEN "DAYS" OF RECREATION! 1. Pray, as if everything depended on God. 2.Work as though everything depended on me. 3. Keep a journal, on SP, of what I eat. 4. Keep a personal journal of what is eating at me. 5. Rely on the merits of Jesus Christ, to overcome evil with good. 6. Express gratitude, to my Heavenly Father, daily for every blessing and every step of progress. 7. Rest in peace knowing God is in control.
