My Goals:
Trying to eliminate processed foods entirely, and eat only whole foods. Lots of vegetables & protein, whole grains on occasion, and limited fruit (due to pre-diabetes)
My Program:
I'm one-of-those odd people that enjoy cardio, as well as Strength Training, & workout faithfully 5-days-week. Just had both knees replaced, so riding stationary bike is still my go-to.

My name is Carol. I am 62, married with 2 adult children (no grandkids yet).
Other Information:
I'm a real health-nut, reading any article, book, magazine, or trying any healthy recipe I can get my hands on!
