My Goals:
My main goal is to be healthy in body and spirit so that I can live the right kind of life.

My Program:
 Eat properly. Forget about food at the end of every meal. Weigh once a week. Do not obsess. Do not limit life in any way because of body size.


Personal Information:
I'm from a tiny town in Georgia (with no traffic lights), but now I live in Kobe, Japan. I'm married to a Japanese and have three bilingual, bicultural children--a son, 30, a daughter, 28, and a daughter, 23. I teach English to Japanese company workers, 99% of whom are men. I like my job.

Other Information:
 I love reading. One of my favorite books is Fred Chappell's novel "Brighten the Corner Where You Are." And if I could state my philosophy, the title of that book would be IT!

    Hahaha! you sound like me more and more every day! Don't worry though we will never be identical...haha. I do agree with you...these addictions can be addicting!

    I am glad you are going to look into the SPARK POINTS though as it is a fabulous way of learning new things! I have a great appreciation for the wealth of knowledge available there. I have more time on my hands than you do...soooo.....maybe you could just check out a couple of things each day. See what it is all about! I think you will appreciate it. If not...that's all good....just don't leave me...lol!
