getting fit in the 'burgh!


I am a cute, fun 20-something male living in Pittsburgh with my fabulous wife and our adorable puppy. We are both trying to get back in shape after some unhealthy living when we were in Los Angeles.

My Goals:
I would like to get back to the weight I was at when my wife and I met.

My Program:
 I am counting my calories (my wife is helping), lifting at home, and doing cardio, like lots of walking. My wife and I have a sweet puppy named Lucy, and she motivates me to run around a lot! She loves when I take her on walks.


Personal Information:
I live in Squirrel Hill, which is full of lots of hills for me to climb while I am exercising!

Other Information:
 I like movies, cooking, and writing. I am also getting very interested in photography!
