My Goals:
I am trying to maintain my current weight since that has been a struggle for me my last 2 years in school. However, my ultimate goal is to get to around 140-145 lbs.
My Program:
I don't have any formal program, but I am trying to do at least 30 minutes of cardio at least 4 days a week. I am also trying to reduce my portions and make overall healthier choices.
