Introduction Text 2020 is starting out more calm, more full of hope, more excited than any year since ... gosh ... well, let's just say that 2020 looks very good so far and ThePlan 2020 will be all about extending this goodness throughout the whole year. Weight wise I'm ready to explore a new lower weight for my acknowledged shorter body. If I either can't get there or don't like it when I do - hey - I don't have to stay. I'm about doing what the universe whispers to me (or bonks me on the head about) this year. Art will get the most attention because ... well ... because I want it to. I'm just ready to say YES to the world in 2020.

2020 GOALS 1. Be within 2 lbs of 150 every month of the year 2. To Strengthen my body, starting with my core and adding something every 8 weeks

Still workin' it out but: 1. Take my time 2. Follow the Weight Watcher Program and attend meetings 3. track track track what I eat - any way I can, every day 4. Drink enough water - 6 glasses a day 5. Eat plenty of vegan meals - they're delicious! 6. Start out with a smaller portion. It might be all I really want! 7. Keep active every day - and do formal exercise 4 or more days each week
