Introduction Text I wanted to restart SparkPeople all together--new account and everything--but I didn't want to lose my points or friends list. So I'm keeping my account but still starting over. I'm Alexandra: daughter, sister, aunt, niece, friend, belly dancer, runner, volunteer. In my adult life (all 7 years of it), I have weighed 183 (lowest, when I returned from 3 months in Ireland), 230 (early 2012), and everywhere in between. I'm trying to break the habit of doing things that aren't good for me, i.e. overeating and putting off exercising. I'm trying to convince myself to make decisions based on whether an action will contribute to my overall happiness as opposed to resulting in a fleeting moment of pleasure.

Ultimate goal weight might be somewhere in the 135-145 range. I want to feel confident enough to perform as a bellydancer in public.

Tracking food/calories, dance class 3 hours/week, yoga class 2-3 hours/week

I'm 26, I have an MSW degree, I work at a bookstore/cafe, I'm a small-business owner at www.sobuttonsandmore.com, and I like to read. A lot.
