I CAN do this.....I WILL do this!
Taking care of my 3 wonderful children and my amazing husband is the best job I will ever have - and the most rewarding! Even though it's not my only job it is by far the most important job ever! I've always been overweight - as long as I can remember, but it's gotten out of control the past year or two and I'm ready to take control!

My Goals:
Ultimately my goal is to be 145 pounds by the time I turn 30 (October 2012) - however I know that this is not necessarily a safe goal (more than 2 pounds per week), so I will be happy with any weight loss - so long as this is done safely.
Even if I don't make this goal, I will be happy with showing my kids, husband and others around me that it's ok not to be perfect so long as we love ourselves and try our hardest to accomplish our goals.
My Program:
A combination of ST, treadmill time, zumba and wii fit are currently in my fitness program, however I would love to add more if anyone has ideas for me! Oh and no I will not be joining a gym...they are way to expensive for me.

I live in the Grand Rapids Michigan area, with my 2 adorable sons, my husband and 2 cats.
