I am 74 years young and retired 5 years ago. My husband and I are active we run/walk we enjoy 1/2 marathons. We also do strength
training 2-3 times a week. My problem is I over eat. I want to lose 5 pounds. Sugar and sodium are my trouble spots. I am working on cutting both down.
We also have 2 grown sons and 2 grandchildren that we love spending time with.
