In my sixties I had to change my life habits to achieve optimum health. I've been on a weight loss program over 4 years before coming to SparkPeople. I've lost 75 pounds and need the motivation and support to lose 40 more. I've learned that I had to change my behavior toward food. It has been a slow and deliberate process for me. I'm looking forward to continuing success and honest feedback/ advise in achieving my goals. Highest weight 289 Start on Spark. 217 1/20/2020. 209 1/20/2020 I'm down 80 pounds and 8 pounds this month on the app. Tracking activity and food is definitely working. 3/26/2020. 198 I've lost 91 pounds. This is my first day below 200 pounds in 11yrs. Woohoo 🎉🎊🎉🏅🏆. I'm not going back up again because I've changed for the better.

    So happy to hear from you. I have been keeping you and Bobby in my prayers. I am sure that Bobby won't have any problems getting on disability. I know it must be stressful. I think the waiting is what is worse.
    My blood test for cancer came back normal!!. I was so thankful to God and all the prayers. I will be having an MRI on 3/5. and I will see my Dr. on 3/11. Hopefully the surgery will be scheduled soon after.
    I am glad you are back on the road of losing weight. I look at eating, as just trying to eat healthy. I am keeping diet out of my vocabulary. I am glad that you are enjoying such nice weather. Just being able to see the sun gets me in a good mood. Go easy on yourself, Rebecca, try to take one day at a time. emoticon emoticon
